Super fast flying trains - Maglev

Fast trains

MagLev trains use magnetic force to work. Train track has electromagnets to repel the train. Opposite poles lift the train, making it hover (10cm) over the track. They move without touching the train track. Without friction, they can travel at very high speeds, guided by magnetic structures along the track. Efficient aerodynamic design helps them reach high speeds. They are faster than bullet trains.

There are 6 Maglev trains running today. They are in China, South Korea and Japan.
